Your First Dental Visit

We hope your first visit with us will instantly make you certain that you’ve made the right decision by visiting West Richmond Dental Centre!  A member of our team will greet you at the door with a smile, quickly process your paperwork, and then you’ll be brought back to a treatment room. You’ll be introduced to one of our doctors, and they’ll take a little time to get to know you as a person as well as ask about your goals for your smile. We take this conversation very seriously because it allows us to tailor our treatments to your exact needs. You’ll then be introduced to a hygienist who will perform a dental cleaning. Your doctor will then complete a comprehensive oral exam, and they will use their findings to come up with a long term treatment plan, always keeping your goals in mind. From there, you’ll be able to ask any questions you want, and then you’ll be escorted to the desk to check out and schedule your next appointment.

Patient Forms

For your convenience, we have made our patient forms available online. Simply download them, print them out, fill in the appropriate information, and bring them to your next appointment. This will allow us to expedite the check in process and reduce your already short wait time. If you have any issues getting this to work, please let us know, and we can either mail you the forms or have you fill them out in our office.

Dental Insurance Accepted

We are happy to accept your dental insurance regardless of your carrier. Our staff members are experts at helping simplify the process of using your insurance, so be sure to call us and ask any questions you might have about your coverage. We will work directly with your provider to make sure you can get the most out of your benefits. Normally, we will also bill directly to most dental plans.
