YOUR FIRST DENTAL VISIT

What to expect

We hope your first visit with us will instantly make you certain that you’ve made the right decision by visiting West Richmond Dental Centre! A member of our team will greet you at the door with a smile, quickly process your paperwork, and then you’ll be brought back to a treatment room. You’ll be introduced to one of our doctors, and they’ll take a little time to get to know you as a person as well as ask about your goals for your smile. We take this conversation very seriously because it allows us to tailor our treatments to your exact needs. You’ll then be introduced to a hygienist who will perform a dental cleaning. Your doctor will then complete a comprehensive oral exam, and they will use their findings to come up with a long-term treatment plan, always keeping your goals in mind. From there, you’ll be able to ask any questions you want, and then you’ll be escorted to the desk to check out and schedule your next appointment.
